JICHUAN SYNTHETIC OVEN CHAIN OIL

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN SYNTHETIC OVEN CHAIN OIL is specially formulated for the lubrication of conveyer chains exposed to high temperatures. It is highly effective in metal-to-metal contact, particularly where movement is restricted. JICHUAN Synthetic Oven Chain Oil provides lubrication, extreme pressure & wear protection, rust protection and oxidation resistance over a wide range of temperatures. It prevents metal parts from seizing and does not affect operational clearances. After the oil has either vaporized or drained from the surface, a coating of graphite is left to provide lubrication. JICHUAN Synthetic Oven Chain Oil resists separation in storage or periods of up to six months. After prolonged storage the product need only be agitated before use.-

Lubrication of oven conveyor chains.
Lubrication of furnace parts such as pulleys, sprockets, hinges, bearings and other parts exposed to high temperatures
Wherever it is desirable to provide a coating of dry lubricant should the liquid lubricant be vaporized or drained away

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
Operations of: drying ovens, curing ovens (e.g. glass tiber insulation manufacturers), high temperature kilns (e.g. brick yards), basic metal mills, heat treating plants, foundries.

OUTSTANDING FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Controlled Volatility - tailored volatility insures time for base oil to penetrate links, pins, bushings - carrying graphite with it.
Minimum Residue - when subjected to heat, special synthetic base oil evaporates cleanly, leaving behind a minimum amount of powdery residue.
Good Wetting Properties - Wetting aids migration of graphite to contacting surfaces for lubrication.
Rust Protection - protects those parts exposed to water and/or steam condensate.
Storage Stability - graphite will remain dispersed during long, static storage periods
Extreme-Pressure Protection - formulated to provide extreme-pressure protection and anti-wear properties which permit chain operation with a relatively lower power consumption.
